Lofthouse Cookies wanted to increase the average purchase from 1.5 to 2.5 times per year. Research proved that the “pink sugar cookies” were a birthday favorite, but the company offered a large selection of baked treats that would complement any celebration or season. Through timely content generation and strategic campaigns, the average consumer purchase increased across the cookie assortment.

Making Every Day Festive

Celtic created a digital environment that connects cookies to life events in an easy-to-navigate and visually appealing website. Regularly updated homepage sliders align with seasonal retail purchasing trends, helping the Lofthouse website illustrate exactly how the treats can “make every day festive”. The campaign was extended to social media via mom friendly lifestyle posts that offer party planning tips and ways to help celebrate everyday life. Celtic carries this theme through with an online ad campaign focused on consumers as they plan their next party online.

A Defining Look

To create the fun and playful tone for the brand, a photo shoot was conducted to capture the perfect look for Lofthouse. In preparation, Celtic designers sketched out product scenarios that would appeal to consumers. The strategy focused on extending sales and creating images to put the cookies in homes, connecting to mom’s interest in entertaining.
