Simply Milled is a line of organic and traditional flours created to get the attention of artisanal bakers and the food-sophisticated consumer. To successfully introduce this product to the market, Celtic would have to help create awareness and demonstrate the value.

An Organic Experience

Celtic enhanced the brand by developing a website with a grassroots, roll-up-your-sleeves feel that stays true to the brand promise. Warm photography and “hand-drawn” elements perfectly complemented the product packaging and helped distinguish the line from the commercial baking options offered by parent Ardent Mills. The user experience on the website keeps the consumer close to the product by placing the focus on all the wonderful things they will be able to make with the flours.
